The Dreaming is a musical based on A Midsummer Night’s Dream by William Shakespeare, was commissioned and premièred by the National Youth Music Theatre (NYMT). Composed by Howard Goodall, with lyrics and book by Charles Hart, it was first performed in England at Northcott Theatre, Exeter in August 2001.
